Many of our clients inform us that they do not have Asbestos on their site.  Unfortunately OSHA and more recently, The State of Texas require contractors performing Renovation or Demolition to a Commercial Building no matter the size, to provide an asbestos survey or inspection to the municipality prior to obtaining a building permit.  It is permissible to have Asbestos in a building as long as it is not disturbed during the Renovation or Demolition work. 

Austin will provide you with Asbestos Testing and Survey to keep your project moving. 

Without a survey you risk worker exposure and worker lawsuits along with fines of $10,000 a day.

If the Asbestos Testing and Inspection does find Asbestos, Austin will help you manage it in the most cost-effective manner possible including Asbestos Abatement if neccesary.
